I have light brown hair and I want to go lighter, Is honey blonde the next lighter color I can go?

To this but I took a picture of the pretty skinny blonde off of friends (: I have my natural brown blonde red and black in my hair and I love it you can't tell the black unless your outside. It's amazing.
