Ok! I've been on We Heart It a lot today and I've been seeing those thirty day squat challenges...Do they really work? I want to start doing those challenges and just want to know if they're effective or not! Thank you!

Awesome! I don't work out because I'm naturally thin! But I just want to get fit! Which ones do you recommend?

keep in mind, you need to pace yourself. especially since you don't work out normally. your muscles aren't used to that kind of work & you can injure yourself easily. maybe cut the workout in half - or even less than that - until you feel yourself getting used to it. it will become easier & easier, & that's when you know to add more reps :p
also, make sure to stretch before & after your workouts.. it'll help prevent your muscles from tightening up.
& drink water while working out, but not too much or you'll get cramps! lolol. hope this is helpful :D
