I agree with the aforementioned tips. Just be yourself. And one thing that you need to make sure of is that you can decifer the difference between constructive criticism and destructive criticism. You also need to be able to stand on your own. If you can't handle people trying to bring you down then it will be really hard to get somewhere. But I know a lot of people who got stronger through creating videos for the beauty community. Also, this goes along with the criticism thing, but you need to be open to new advice. If someone suggests a change do not immediately assertively give your rebuttal. Contemplate their opinion and balance the sides. Then politely agree or oppose.
