Aww thanks girls. It was awkward at the start (very awkward) but after spilling my glass of water across the table and into his lap it got better. Lool. Second date is next week so I need ideas girls. Both hair and makeup ideas. I never know what to do on myself but I've always got ideas for other people lol. Xx

Just do what I feel for 2nd date. its a week away so you could plan an outfit n makeup today and feel completely different next wk. I do think you should keep makeup kinda natural in the beginning. glowy. you don't want the guy to see you without makeup at some point and feel played. lol. but that's just my thing. that's by no means a ".rule" or "requirement". do what makes you comfy.
I'm glad your date went well. lol @ dropping the glass. I broke the ice, literally!. lol
