EyeLiner Problem!! -,- Help please!!

I'm still a beginner in using eyeliner kinda...
I'm tired of just putting eyeliner pencil on my waterline! Is there anything else I can do because I tried doing winged eyeliner, but I/It always mess up!! Is there any other design or something I can do?? Help {^.^*}

Um, try a thin brush with eyeshadow to outline a wing or "lashes" or whatever before liquid or gel. somehow it's just better to have that guide.

If you mess up I find using a q-tip is very helpful. and sticky notes. if you want a straight tip.

Yep here ya go... Also easier to do a wing with a felt tip liquid pen or a gel and angled liner brush.

You should try putting on one coat of mascara first.. Maybe that can help you?(: it helped me when I was a beginner as well.
