Help with back/shoulder acne..

So, I have some really embarrassing back/shoulder acne. I want to get rid of it well as soon as possible of course. What works well? I'm having the problem with whatever I apply rubs off because it's my shoulders and upper back. Is there also a way to reduce the look of the scars? Thanks!

I had that as a teen and I I think part of what caused mine was hair products would rub off onto my shoulders and the top of my back. So I always put a barrier between my hair and skin if I put anything in my hair.

Bio oil for scars and a Benzoyl Peroxide wash for the acne. They have some face cleansers with it and you can just use those or they have actual body washes with it.
