You should wait a while before dying it again. I had the same problem trying to get blonde from black hair and it got damaged pretty bad. If you let your roots grow out in a week or two it will look much better. Save your hair lol.

My hair was naturally dark not dyed my hair is healthy as can be and no breakage, I also take very good care of my hair, but I only got a partial highlight this time I Onmy have blonde on the top of my head!! So on Friday I'm getting a full highlight and I'm done

If there are yellow tones get your hairdresser to recommend a purple/blue shampoo! This neutralises the yellow tones making them more ash.

@roisin I use purple shampoo but I'm still going for more ashy blonde than what it's giving me! But once I reach my desired shade the purple shampoo will be fine as a toner
