Red lips is not considered business attire.
Red lips is for a business casual look, business attire is not red lips or a pencil skirt.
We were taught how to dress business like at my school... any girls breaking the rules would get a detention ( slutty fits ) or a bunch of F's. If it's business attire it MAY be acceptable, depending on the situation. But for straight on business attire and not business casual, no.
