Get a sample of both at Sephora if you can. I can only comment on SB bb cream and I love it.

I would get UD Naked prior to BB cream just due to the fact that you can mix Naked with a primer or moisturizer to lighten it up or you can achieve full coverage.

Shelly has a point, get a sample and try it out to see what you like. I hate BOTH products. The Naked made me look older (I'm 24 mind you) and it brought out all of the imperfections on my face including my large pores; it felt heavy on my skin. Since I have Oily/combo skin this caused the Smashbox BB cream to oxidize on my skin and I looked like Snookie Back in the day with a bad tan.

The naked foundation is good, but it takes a lot. I used a whole bottle in a little more than a month and they're 40 a bottle

I really like naked skin. takes one pump to cover my whole face and gives great coverage with a light feeling. also looks like your real skin. I had 15 hour day of school and snowboarding today and to my surprise I swear now at ten o clock my makeup still looks good.
