One thing you can do is use a tinted moisturizer or bb cream instead of a foundation

Bb cream, lip chap, a couple coats of masacra! thats all I do!

All I do is BB cream with moisturizer sometimes I apply mascara but not a lot and a chapstick.. but for you I'd apply a little bit of red stain on the lips tightline your eyes and probably apply just a little bit of bronzer.
