Chin blackhead bumps?!?!?!

Ok so I have these huge bumps on my skin, I know for a fact there not a zit or a pimple. But in the middle of them are black heads and I don't know what to do. I have tried scrubs, pore strips, and some DIY's and they don't seem to work. In the pic there a little but bigger in person and there more little once that you can't see in the pic.

Have you tried one of those tools that have the flat circular ends with a hole in the middle, which applies pressure to around the blackhead? It works about half the time for me.
