Hard Candy makes decent primers. I've been using their skin perfecting primer for a couple months & it works great.
just be sure to let this primer sit for a good 3-5mins before applying your foundation - I find it feels really greasy & makes my foundation
really streaky if I don't.

I heard nyx primer was good maybe you can test it out at ulta, if you have one near you.

I also like Hard Candy primers but Kyra is right about letting them settle otherwise they are greasy!
Right now I am using Maybelline Baby Skin and so far I love it. It was only $5 at Target.

Urban Decay sells a travel size primer for $12. I've tried Hard Candy and it was ok, couldn't stand elf, but UD is hands down my favorite and lasts me from 7am up until I take my makeup off at 10 or 11pm. Hard Candy didn't do that for me.

I've been using different primers lately. And I've really been liking the loreal lumi primer. Looks really pretty under foundation ;)

Hourglass mineral veil is my favorite. I get the travel size for $18. I haven't been wearing makeup every day so at this point I can't really judge how long it's going to last but it seems like it will last a while because you really do only need one pump, it glides right on. I haven't tried the UD one (now that I'm typing that I'm very disappointed that I haven't tried it because they're like my favorite brand lol.) but I'm usually very happy with just about anything from them so I'm fairly sure their primer would be great too.
