It's very good dye... The color is awesome but it fades very quickly! But if you change your hair color very often it's perfect! I would recommend using dry shampoo in between washes to keep the color nice and bright :)

You can leave it in for hours and the longer you leave it in the more vibrant and longer it will last. Manic panic is semipermanent and will wash out after about a month of washing your hair every other day at least in my experience. However it does stain your hair.
