If you're looking for something cheap but with great quality, I highly recommend the brand Yves Rocher! They have a webshop if you don't have a store where you live. I use their brow pencil in brown, and it is sooo good and easy to use! Plus their products are as natural as possible and usually organic etc. zero animal cruelty! And cheap! Haha I sound like a salesman, but I just love them!

I really like the pencil and powder I got from Sally's called Femme Couture (I use with my own angled brush). I was using Elf's and it just looked to dry and powdery to me. Anastasia has great products and a lot of people use Nyx

I currently use Anastasia's dipbrow and works great for me. I love the fact that I use very lil and it makes my eyebrows look natural. And you can make them darker as you go. For only $18, a steal!
