I need help.. I am looking for a drug store eyeliner for the waterline that doesn't smug or fad quick. Also a drug store medium to full coverage foundation for going out with the girls to a club. Havent done that in a while I am a stay at home Mama so I am a little out of date on things please help if you can..

Rimmel scandal eyes eye liner is amazing on the water line, but a pain in the butt to get off. that stuff doesn't budge. Revlon color stay whipped foundation is great. it applys best with your fingers. I know a lot of people like the liquid one too.
