My highlights was a brassy gold color which was fixed by using wella T14. But now it darkened my highlights to a smokey blonde color which I don't like. What toner or dye I can use to brighten my highlights so it won't look like this smokey blonde color??

Your highlights have grabbed the base of the toner, porous, damaged hair will always grab the base color of the toner. I would suggest using a clarifying shampoo to attempt to lift some if the toner out. I would not suggest putting more toners or dyes on your hair. You will turn your highlights to a muddy color if you keep adding color on top of color. It is important to understand the color wheel when attempting to correct un desirable tones in he hair. Porosity is also a huge factor. Hair color really is a science. If the clarifying shampoo doesn't work, please seek a professional to remove the color. You could risk great damage to your hair if you try to bleach/strip/color remover yourself.

So if I use a clarifying shampoo it will lift some of the smokey color in my blonde highlights??

Maybe you could try purple shampoo, which is especially for blonde hair & brightens the colour whilst getting rid of brassy tones... Or a shampoo for highlighted hair. Worth a try as it will not damage your hair like other methods you'd have to use to get the colour you want :-)
