Elf tinted mousturizer, I use this as a base and it works really well... Another would be the Fit Me foundation stick.

Well rimmel just came out with a new primer the rimmel stay matte primer...and that would be used over your regular moisturizer and before you apply your foundation I have it and I've been using it for a week now and love it...says it lasts up to eight hours which is true...I do my makeup at 7am and its still flawless and oil free after I leave work at 4pm.

Neutrogena or Aveeno both have oil free moisturizers that are quite nice. I use neutrogena myself.

I have combo skin...oily in my tzone and its absolutely amazing...you should deffinatly invest in this primer.
