It's a Korean trend in makeup and fashion. It focus on sweet, natural looking/doll like makeup and clothes but there are different sub styles to it as well. In Korea they have people known as ulzzangs who are sort of like amateur models. They're really good looking people that are well known on the internet and stuff like that :)

I prefer fairykei styles or Lolita inspired styles, but ulzzang is such a cute style that I can't pull off.
