What's the difference? which one is best? how do I know which one to get? how do I know if it matches my skintone.

What type of skin do you have? the best place to see if a foundation matches is your jawline.

Foundation is full face makeup, for evening your skintone. Concealer is for correcting spot on your skin, like blemishes.
Powder can be translucent, and used to top your foundation so you don't get shiny, or it can be colored and used as powder foundation, which is normally extremely light coverage. Liquid foundations are very common, and normally the easiest to apply.
To match your skintone, try it on your jawbone and look at it in a natural light. If it blends, it's the right shade. If you can see it, it's not. I'm not sure what type of foundation to suggest to you, though. Sorry!

Foundation is to even out your skin all over your face. Concealer is just for individual spots like pimples or dark spots. Powder can be used to set all of your makeup.

If youre worried about it not matching, use your neck/around your jaw to find a tone.

Foundation is an all over face product. It can even skin tone, cover , brighten, protect, etc. depending on which one you buy. Concealer is only for problem areas (dark circles, blemishes, dark spots) they can be liquids, creams, cream to powder, or even powder. And powder is for setting your foundation or tinted moisturizer or if you prefer to go lighter you can wear it by itself. It can protect, conceal , etc. it all depends on you, if you want sheer coverage try a foundation or tinted moisturizer. You can pair a concealer with a foundation for more coverage. But you may want to go easy on powder if you have dry skin. You can test then on your neck, jawline or you can swatch them on your hand. Hope this helps!
