Concealer Used As Primer?

Can I use my concealer as a primer will it work?

If you have oily eyelids I wouldn't but if you have normal I think it would be fine for a certain amount of time, I've done it before but I would suggest getting one when you have the chance :)

Yeah you can. I agree with katelyn but my oily lids are fine if I prime first then use concealer.
