How to get rid of scarring but keep my freckles.

I have really bad scarring, like every blemish I ever had has scarred, and now I'm left with.blotches. But every time I try to use something to fad them I can see my freckles fad and I don't want that. How can I get rid of scars and keep my freckles? Thank you.

This may sound stupid but where can I find vitamin E oil safe to put on my face? I have some but its meant for body scarring and not safe for my face.

Oh well at cvs I have seen them sometimes its in the Latino section, but I think you can buy a cream that has vitamin E since it helps to heal.
