You need a fluffy brush for blending and a different fluffy brush for the crease color. It should be a light matte brown color and it looks like it's taken up pretty far.
A darker matte/satin brown goes over that but is winged out more. Also bring it into the outer v area and blend it inward. Be patient with this color because it's better to apply more subtlety and blend as you go, than to add too much and make it look harsh, unblinded or muddy.
Then you can Apply the lid color with an eyeshadow brush. It looks like a light gold color.
Do the winged liner now and use a matte color on the brow bone color.
And use a frosty white color on the inner corner and under the eyeliner wing.
