I agree with the coconut oil! I started using it as a pre-wash treatment for my dry, damaged hair and the results have been nothing short of miraculous!

If you blow dry and its more frizzy, you either need a better blowdryer or your technique. Always blowdryer down the hair shaft to close the cuticle down. Keratin treatments are great but some will run in the $500+ range. See a stylist who can analyze your hair and see where the real problem lies.

Put coconut oil in your hair while it is still wet (like a serum) and let it air dry, really works for me :)

Keeping your hair hydrated is super important in trying to combat frizz, so I would first suggest investing in a hydrating shampoo or conditioner/deep conditioner. You could also try buying Moroccan argan oil and adding a few drops of that into your current conditioner for added hydration. For style prep, there are tons of serums you can use to ward off frizz and create a more sleek look. One that I really like is Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum. If that's a bit on the pricey side for you, you can go to any Sally's beauty supple store and see what serums they have to offer. A favorite of mine from them is the Proclaim Flossing Polish. It adds shine and makes your hair smooth without weighing it down, and all you need is a little drop! Heat protectants and drinking a lot of water can also help keep your hair hydrated and smooth.

My hair is really frizzy and I really hate straightening my hair and blow drying makes it worse too! Any cheap things you can get in the UK that will help please? :)
