I'm thinking about getting an Epilator, because shaving is just too much work(and I have leg hair that's extremely light naturally, if you don't touch then they look like they're shaved), and I thought an Epilator might w a good option. Where is a place I could buy them for cheap ($40-ish?)?

The way I feel about products that get in contact with your skin, especially a sensitive area like under your arms, is that you should invest and get one that works properly. I understand wanting to get one that is inexpensive, but in most cases you get a product that costs cheap but it ends up hurting you or breaking down fast. In the end you're paying double because you end up getting a product that costs more than the first one you bought. That's just my opinion though.
