Hi Leanna! I am now following your blog. It looks like you are just starting out and it's really hard to get those first 50 followers. It probably took me a few months or so. I like your content so far and my best advice would be to just put your name out there! Go to other blogs that you like, follow, post a relevant comment but also add your blog link and politely ask them to follow back. Most people do! Also, join blog hops. I host one every weekend for beauty bloggers and you add your link and follow each other. We usually get 20-30 beauty bloggers every weekend so stop by! Join blogger networking sites and just hang in there! It takes some time but just keep posting quality content and putting your blog out there :)

I know exactly what you mean Leanna! I just started my blog this week and I barely hit 700 views today. Although that exciting, at least for me, not one single person subscribed. Today I even went as far as posting 3 times and still nada.
I've tried to go to different blog communities but for most of them you have to pay for month and I don't want to be scammed. As for everyone who says follow to get followed I completely agree. I have an instagram that just reached 2100 followers simply because I follow, like, or post to other people's pictures. I usually try to find a hashtag that interests me and then go from there (I like atleast 150 pictures a day). In the end, this really helped because now I post snapshots from my blog to my instagram and there is a lot of traffic from there.

Only posting regularly and good content won't gain your more followers if you don't promote your blog. I spend 4 hours a day on commenting other blogs on the first month, and have 690 followers now for blogging 3 months. I am working on content now and keep promoting!

Hi guys!
I had the same problem when I started, what I didn't realized was that I had to go out of my way to ask ppl to check out my blog. Once I started leaving comments in other blogs telling them to check out my blog and follow if they liked it I started getting followers and now I have regulars that comment like and follow me. It's hard I'm not going to lie but its totally wort it!! If anyone has any specific questions let me know and I would LOVE to answer them personally ^_^

You have absolutely nothing to worry :) Just keep doing what you do. It might take a lot of time but don't give up! And the most important tip: Don't keep a blog for only to get more and more subbies. It should be your true passion and you should enjoy writing/taking photos etc! :)

Hi please follow back my beauty blog? This girl buttonsandlipstick.blogspot.com who I did a blog swap with has been getting so many more followers like 3 to 4 followers each day and I don't understand why, yes I'm jealous of her because I can clearly see that I post much often than she does, and I've been blogging slightly longer than she has and she has 70 Over followers and I have so little!! and I put so much effort into my blog and no one follows me, I advertise my blog and no followers? :( HELP :(
