Best Natural Blush?

I have Nars Orgasm and Posietint and Mac Warm Soul, but I'm looking for a blush that I can wear everyday, and apply it with a heavier hand on days I just want to wear mascara to make a statement look. Preferably matte, and similar to the one below. Suggestions? Also, it has to be school appropriate. Thanks!
