So I have to go to a festival for kids in 4 hour's.. I wanna see some makeup ideas for a fairy/snow queen/Santa's assistant/snegurachka (thats her Russian name)!!.. and one thing my hair will be completely covered and I'll be wearing a hat and a platinum colored wig!!.. also my eyebrows are kinda dark so how can I cover them knowing that I can't buy anything now so have to work with what I have.. pics please

Put concealer and then white eyeshadow on them or a white concealer/ white eyeliner will work as well.
