-Kat Von D Foiled Love Lipstick in FTW (not the nicest texture, I must admit. It feels/tastes kind of waxy to me. Color is awesome though).
-Covergirl lipstick in #360 Euphoria
-Nars Scarlet Empress (my personal favorite, it's semi-matte and beautiful, such a nice shade, really great formula and staying power).
-Tarina Tarantino Lipstick in Florticulture
-Urban Decay lipstick in Shame (another fave, not matte but gorgeous, I've found it to have awesome staying power as well, as long as you use lip liner!)
-Revlon Black Cherry (kind of a cult classic, really similar to the UD Shame, maybe a bit more reddish, and less opaque)
-Revlon Colorstay Ultimate Suede lipstick in Backstage (a bit drying, but then, it is a matte lipstick. Lovely shade though, if that's what you're into)
-Nars Pure Matte Lipstick in Terre de Feu (relatively not drying, for a matte formula. Lovely color payoff as well)
-Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Damned (more of a dark pinky red shade, it's a gorgeous color, but also can be a bit drying. You definitely need lipliner with that one.)
-Buxom Big N Healthy Lip Polish in Shanghai (tingles, smells like mint, amazingly beautiful color, sheer but buildable, and I wear it very dark and have no problems with color payoff. It's spectacular)
-Hourglass Aura Lipstain (I can't remember the shade, but it's a sheer wine colored lipstain, lasts forever, doesn't come off for anything at all)
And I forgot to put the OCC lip tar in Black Dahlia on this list but check that out as well, it's amazingly pretty.

I just use their Ozone pencil, which is clear, but I know some people use their Venom lip pencil, and I'm sure any sort of dark/burgundy shade from the drugstore would work as well, if you'd like to find one that doesn't cost $17 :)

A trick to making any red into more of a burgundy shade is to apply purple lip liner underneath :) my favourite lip liners are wet n wild. they're always under a dollar :)
