If I were you I would dye it rather than cutting your hair. A light brown colour would look gorgeous on you!

I agree with the layers and the brunette. That would look so good on you. No blunt bangs, but wispy layers to frame the side of your face down into your normal hair. If it's super long, maybe cut it by where the top of your bra cup would reach. A bob you look good on you, but wait until you're a bit older, because you might regret the big chop. for now you can just have fun with your hair. 😀
