You should check out NYX eyeshadows. Definitely my favorite brand. It is a drugstore budget, but primarily sold at ULTA.

wet n wild is the best bang for your buck. palettes between $2.50 and $5. amazing pigmentation. also coastal scents has huge palettes for great prices.

MUA undressed, I haven't tried it but have purchased one because I heard great reviews! They also have other palettes which have more bright colours! You can buy them from superdrug.

I agree NYX is great. I also like Milani & wet n wild for drugstore brands
