Do your eyeshadow before foundation/ concealer that way you can just use makeup remover to wipe away the fall out. And it get a clean edge you can use a wipe or concealer

I sometimes use tape, but I recommend putting it on the back of your hand first :) also I usually clean the edges with.a concealer or foundation :)

You can just wipe the fallput gently away with a fan brush or apply some loose powder underneath your eyes and sweep it off along with the fall out when you're done.

There's fallout powder that you put under your eyes available at the drug store. Once your done doing your eyes, you wipe it off and it won't leave any color like wiping off plain eyeshadow off.
