Are lip pens worth the buy?

Are lip pens worth the purchase? If so which colours and brands do you reccomend? I've got mid-dark brown hair and a fair skin tone.

Nope...I hope you mean lip stains. I bought elf's lip stain but the tip was like a felt tip pen. Not at all nice when use. Although I do recommend Maybelline NY cherry red lip stain. It will suit you.

Lip pencils are amazing but should always be bought with respect to a lipstick. If you have a pink lipstick I suggest you a lip pencil that is a shade darker so that you can outline your lips with it. Looks fabulous.

Yes and without the lip liner the lipstick will not look define
