How to get rid of acne?

I have some blemishes/pimples/acne that I really need to get rid of, but how?

Go to dermatologist. Try finding someone who will not reccomend you 1000 products. I use 3 for my face and I am really happy how it gets better. I moisturise my face two times in a day and exfoliate with Noreva's product ' Exfoliac'. And I use one more cream that helps with scares. But probably the best is to go to dermatologist because she or he will know better then anyone else what is good for your skin. :-)

I think you should just go to a dermatologist, they know what they are doing and if you ask on here you are just going to get 100000 of different product suggestions.I will not be suprised if they recommend cetaphil a gentle cleansers and moisturiser and prescription tablets/capsules.
