So I have this infection on my face where I get a few white spots... The doctor gave my steroid cream for them. But I've found a couple 'down there'...

Could be ingrown hairs. Best to have a health practitioner check it out. That area is sensitive, and some products are too harsh for it.

If you shave down there, it's probably I frowns hairs but I'd definitely check with doc first.

Go see your md! I have "white heads" down there from chaffing, I'm a runner! I have a very low retin A cream and a steroid cream for them. If the white heads produce any puss or water/blood you need ceocin T ( antibiotic wipes) I see my dermatologist for treatment.
