Best liquid eyeliner?

What's your favourite liquid eyeliner?
My favourite I'd from Ted Baker, stays on for really long and very easy to apply (I'm awful at making it look equal so that really helps) but I can only get it if I buy the whole gift set...so need a new one soon, ideas?

Also, is gel eyeliner any good?

I really like gel eyeliner because you use a brush to put it on. For me, that's much easier than using tht little tip thing for liquid.

My favourite liquid eyeliner is the one from elf. its super cheap, easy to apply and doesn't smudge :)

I'm not the biggest fan of gel but it could be the brands I've used. I know maybelline has one that's supposed to be good for a drugstore brand. For higher end I've heard Bobbi brown and mac were good. I personally like eyeliners with a pen tip. It gives more control and saves me from dipping back into the bottle or pot.
