People are constantly comparing Ulta and Sephora. But are they really that different? Which place would you rather shop- and why?

They are definitely different. Ulta is great for the basics and Sephora is more high end and specialized. I personally love both!

I prefer Sephora to Ulta because Sephora is more accessible to me and their customer service is really good whether or I buy in store or online. I've had problems with the online service with Ulta that made me swear off buying online from them. Plus, most of the things I like at Ulta I can either get at CVS, my local hair supply store or Sephora.

Sephora! they carry more products & customer service is better. Ulta is good but they don't carry as much as Sephora & most importantly, Ulta employees can be very rude & unprofessional. I hate it! good Customer Service is a big deal.
