I have oily skin and my foundation allows melts off my face. If I touch my face with a sleeve or something the foundation comes completely off! I don't know what to do. If you could recommend some food foundations that would be awesome thanks!

Personally I have yet to find a foundation that actually controls oil. Instead, using Milk of Magnesia under my primer is a miracle worker. I know it sounds weird, but it works. I've spend an incredible amount of money on foundations that claim to stay matte, haven't found one yet. I promise MOM will work.
