I'm not sure but do you guys think abreva cold sore medicine works? I tried it but I put a different cold sore medicine in for a few days until I got abreva. So dose anyone know if it really works.

It works well! It takes a few days, but if it is small and you apply it as you should, it can go away overnight.

I get bad recurring cold sores and it does nothing for me, what helps me best is warm tea bags and taking lysine every day :)
