What is the best way to take care of your skin to avoid wrinkles and bad skin when you get older?

I agree with Rebecca as for anti aging using Alpha hydroxy acid to exfoliate and using retinol ,peptide and vitamin c serums along with eye creams and spf daily will keep your skin younger and more even and healthy looking

Exfoliate, use anti-aging creams (I prefer more natural stuff by origins but if your looking to splurge clinique has some amazing products that work quick) also make sure to use spf every day even on cloudy days - the sun ages us the most as well as the weather so always keep your skin hydrated too and drink plenty of water as well - also a healthy diet filled with plenty veggies n exercising will keep your body looking n feeling young from the inside out - these are the best anti-aging tips I can give that have worked for centuries - although genetics also play a role in how you age - if you take good care of your body n skin then you can prevent the signs of aging from showing too early - hope this helps!

I have been using anti aging skin care since I was 16, and even though I'm only 25 now, people always think in 2-4 years younger. It is better to prevent the look of aging rather then to try to reverse it (it's much cheaper too). But all the product you pile onto your face isn't going to be effective if your environment is negative for your skin. The biggest agers are the three S's: sun, smoke, and sugar. Protect yourself from the sun, avoid smoke, and limit refined sugar intake and your skin will thank you. Don't forget to drink lots of water.

SUNSCREEN. Seriously. I'm 43,and people regularly guess me around 32. Sun damage and smoking will age you faster than anything. Moisturizing and exfoliating are important, but sunscreen is the best thing you can do for your skin.
