I just bought some coconut and avocado oil to use as a kind of hair mask but I don't know how to use it? Like how much of each should I use?

I'd just go 1/2 and 1/2. You can try whipping the coconut oil if you want to make it thicker and easier to apply.

If you whip it though, apply a little less avocado oil so it will maintain the creaminess

If your hair gets oily faster then use like half a teaspoon together and rub it in your hands and spread through your hair and wash after 15 min.. Or longer.
