My cousin wants a face primer for very very dry skin. Can you name a few please?

The face primer by Catrice is great for my very dry skin. Do not touch their eye primer though, it's very dry by itself, a pity.

She needs to moisturize before she puts on a primer, and exfoliate if she has any dry patches. I use Smashbox Photofinish primer and I love it.

I always have thought smashbox photo finish is better for oiler skin personally. I have very dry skin and it made me matte and that's not what I like on dry skin.
