There's a book actually called "The Clear Skin Diet" that teaches you to manage acne through what you eat and stress relief. I recommend reading it if you're interested in eating better to help promote clear skin. It's not a very restrictive diet either, it's very healthy :)

I have been on a vegan diet for 5 dayd, my skin became less oily and in between clear with a couple of blemishes. food can truly be a remedy! better than any beauty products and it is CHEAP.
