How do I make my lips look bigger while sporting dark lip colors? My top lip just looks teeny tiny :(...Please help!

The best advice for making your lips appear fuller is by adding a highlight to the center of your lips. I usually try to use a shimmering loose shadow over the center and it gives a fuller look to them like the 3rd example of this article: http://www.beautylish.com/a/vcszs/layering-makeup
