I meditate. I learned it during my many years of yoga training and I use it when I have insomnia to help me relax and maybe fall asleep! I think it's a fantastic way of getting in touch with your self and to clear your mind!

I actually meditate while I walk. if I just got in a really bad fight or if I need to escape I'll go on a meditation walk. one time I ended up walking for 8 hours. the key to meditation is clearing your mind of anything and everything. it doesn't sound possible but you can actually not think about anything. it takes lots of practice and you need to find out what helps you "not think". by meditating you learn to achieve piece by letting go. letting go of controlling thoughts and feelings and by letting your mind relax an rejuvenate itself.
