I found at lowes or home depo that you can build a closet organizer. You pick the peices that you want out and the price isn't bad or ikea.

Ikea had everything! I got a shoe organizer/shelf, cloth baskets, and a shelving system. I also got felt hangers from Marshall's that were super thin and hold onto clothes well.

I'm in the middle of moving right now, so I've been going through a huge organizing and cleaning process over the past couple of weeks. I have a tendency to hoard clothes, so I made a huge effort to purge as much as possible from my closet and keep only what I knew I would wear or stuff I have made. I only kept clothes that I actually use and need so now I have a manageable sized wardrobe to work with. I luckily have two full size closets at my new apartment, so I keep spring/summer clothes in one closet (in our office/workout room/guestroom) and fall/winter clothes in the other (in our bedroom). You can easily do this just by dividing the closet in two or putting your summer stuff in storage and swapping your clothes out when it starts to get warm. But it makes it much easier to have warm weather and cold weather clothes separated. I tend to "lose" appropriate items in my closet when I mix the seasons.
I organize my clothes within the closet by item. I keep everything in little sections: sweaters &cardigans, skirts &dress pants, dresses, jackets &blazers, and blouses (organized by sleeve type: sleeveless, short sleeve, long sleeve). If you can clear the boxes out of the bottom, I would buy a bar to make a second rung to hang stuff on. That's normally where I put my skirts/pants or anything else that doesn't fit on the top bar. But it doubles your space, so that's definitely a great thing to add, if you can =)
I further organize everything by color or material. For pants especially and some tops I'll group them by material. I'll put all my flannel shirt with one another and my leather pants altogether, jeans together, leggings, ect. With blouses, dresses, and skirts, I usually just organize them by color. Since they're not bulky, they're easy to see and "flip" through, and I generally know what I have (shirt wise) organizing by color works just as well if not better than organizing by fabric types.
I usually pick out a few possible outfits for the week and set them aside so they don't get lost in everything and it saves me time and stress when I'm getting ready for the day. At my current apartment, I have a huge clothing rack, so I just place those items in an extendable bar on the side. But at my new place, I'll be placing my outfit picks in the most accessible area of the closet.
Hope some of my tips help. Good luck Raylene<3

Thank you soo much Natalie! We are in the middle of putting plywood down in the Aric crawl space so that's where the boxes will go eventually and I'll be moving my kids into this room and me and hubby will take the mast bedroom back with two closest. And I did purge my clothes, they used to fill up five bins and now it's only two... Good idea on separating y clothes too. I'll put this up in the attic with hubby's boxes too. I just feel so overwhelmed by my closet that I
Don't even want to get dressed haha. Thanks ladies!
