That's actually so stupid, what's wrong with collar bones. But things like hoodies, crew neck sweaters or crew neck tops. Collared shirts are pretty in now aswell. Button up chiffon shirts etc. Try forever 21!

I've seen guys come to my school in fishnet tube tops and nipple tassels for spirit week and not get dress coded and I got dress coded for my bra straps showing even though I was layering 2 tank tops and one was three finger strapped, the dress codes are so ridiculous, not to mention I see girls have their butt hanging out all day even in the winter

Well I'm going to 9th grade too and the school that I want to go to has no dress code( I'm pretty sure we can't come to school with tank tops lol) but try stores like Rainbows, Macy's, JCPenny has a good teen section, Forever 21, H&M, Aeropostale, Hollister, American Eagle, if you have these stores near check them out!! Just look for teen store and you will find something good luck!!
