I have dry skin. Here's my full regime. I use Tarte's Flawless Hydrating Primer (I have to use silicone free primers) and then Urban Decay's Naked Skin. It's an extremely light texture (it almost seems watery) but great pigment. It's demi-matte so it doesn't look too matte nor too shiny.
Also, I wear the color 4.0 since I am a very yellow undertone.

Mac studio sculpt is good for dry skin! It's a gel formula and its super blendable. It's $31 and comes with 1.3 oz.

I have used the revlon nearly naked and maybellines fit me foundation and both have worked quite well on my dry skin. A good tip for dry skin is apply coconut oil to the face overnight, your skin will feel so moisturized when you wake up!
