^ I don't think it had a lot to do with how much protein you eat... the color of your eye is determined in your dna en that doesn't change over time.

I think it depends on the lighting, don't think they're "changing colors" but rather we just see them differently.

If you eyecolor changes from say greenish brown to hazel or green to grayish blue its probably lighting and/or the color of your hair, makeup and clothes. for example someone with hazel eyes can wear purple to enhance the green in their eyes because brown and purple are opposite colors :) its probably just that!
