This is me to. I used to manage a shoe store so I got you on this one! a 2 1/5 in kids translates to a 4 1/2 in adult shoes. your specific size will very depending on the brand or cut of the heel. like strappy or bootie style heels you could get away with a 5 which are easier to find than 4 1/2 so for that you can try Journeys, shi, aldo, dsw and most places online. now I'm not sure where you live I'm just going to assume the us but europe shoe sizes run way smaller than us sizes do. their smallest womens size is a 34 which is equivalent to a womens 4 us sizing. I wear a 4 in womens so I have had more luck with ordering 34s vs trying to find a size 5 that will actually fit our baby feet. so ordering online is another option I would get a 34 1/2 if I were you. also walmarr sells heel pads that are made to go in the back of the heels to prevent blisters but if you stick a few in the back of the shoe it will help keep the heels on and sometimes evem adding the heel cushions can be enough because it will push your foot up so the rest of the shoe is tighter. hope this helps!
