Yes and no. Mainly I don't care. But airbrushing the skin is pretty much what every magazine does anyway...

Have to agree with nala. It's pretty much just a trend that's started that I don't care for. If they feel their imperfections or their makeup aren't good enough then it feel bad for them

Megan, I agree some people take it too far. I'm working with an iPhone, so I may try to edit lighting for accuracy:) the look I did the other day was completely washed out on camera, and not as much in real life. Keep that in mind with some pics, this maybe a way to regain what a camera phone ruined.

I totally feel you! I agree. I feel like with some tutorials I've seen, they advocate for those products and when you actually buy them, they aren't nearly as pigmented as you thought, and I do believe that could be considered false advertising. It just irks me so badly. And I HATE photoshopped makeup. Dear God, can we please not? I do understand the photoshopping imperfections , but I think it's okay TO AN EXTENT. Sometimes people take it WAY too far!

Totally agree with you. I've found that the best way to take a picture is to just stand in natural light, snap a pic or two, pick what you like and upload it... If you are going to edit it, it should really only be like making your pics into collage form and adding watermarks or something. I love that you made this post Megan H.
